Subscription Terms

We are not obligated to provide support for older versions of plugins or for plugins used on unsupported operating systems or DAWs.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the subscription model through Patreon, we generally do not offer refunds for subscriptions or plugin purchases.

However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical issues that prevent plugin functionality and cannot be resolved through support
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Other circumstances at our sole discretion

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date. All refund decisions are final.
